I don't know what you could turn it into, but right now it's a bottomless money pit. It could be half the price or less and I wouldn't buy it. I don't have the time or space for that level of pain in my life right now.
Also, the lack of a raised roof makes it pretty much worthless as an RV base.

I looked up info on that engine, its not a power stroke 7.3, but the older IDI 7.3 , Do Not Want!

IIRC, diesels in those vans are a kind of catch-22. The turbo version obviously have more power, but air-flow through a van engine bay isn't the greatest and sometimes they can have cooling issues. Perhaps curtis will chime in... I do remember from owning a '90 E150, even a SBF is tight in there without a lot of extra room.
