I got a new space and want to stick the cute little plastic sign I got on to the brick wall outside next to my door.  I do not want to be drilling into the brick or mortar as I don't have the landlords permission to do it for this little sign.  I was told there are 3m command adhesive strips for this, but none I have seen have said for brick.

Stick chewing gum to brick, mush flat and wait til it cures, then use command stickums to adhere sign to gum. laugh

Masonry sealant will probably work for this. It will take a long time to cure and you may need to prop the sign up for awhile until it does cure.

what happens when I need to remove the sign?  I don't plan on being in this space forever.

Mmmm, definitely don't use construction cement then. Honestly if you clean the brick well first I bet those 3m double sided sticky pads would actually work great and be removeable even outdoors.

Can you tell us what CCS auto Inc does?

In reply to Brian :

I used silicone caulk to adhere. Then when I needed to remove it I rubbed off what I could and then took a propane torch to the rest.  A quick wire brush made everything disappear

One time I really had to go to the bathroom on my way from one ice rink to another (Northbrook and Highland Park? Maybe? Can't remember). Went to that Portillos right across from your office and took a leak, then had a Combo with hot peppers. It was a pretty good day.

No help with your brick stuff, but yeah, what is CCS?

For something like that go to HD or lowes...They'll have a 3m/scotch brand double sided ed tape product for exterior use that will be fine.
