Are you getting that same failed email delivery reply? 

If yes, open up that failure email and directly in the text it will say something like, "can not send to JoeShmo@something.com" 

There you go. You now have the email address that you tried to send to.  

My guess is that like me, you use a Yahoo email address and the PM system here just doesn't play well with Yahoo (or Yahoo doesn't play well with us.)

This is the message I get when I click "Contact" on someone's profile:

"You must be approved by an Admin (or wait for several days after you join the site) to send private messages." I've had my account for about a month.

Your account was created 14 days ago. I made a change that should allow your PM to go through. Let us know if you still have issues.
