Oh, also, lowercase for everything on Linux. It's case sensitive and I cannot be bothered to try to remember the case for any directory or file I created. I'm not going to differentiate a script name by capitalization either, because I'm not a dork like that. I'll do /usr/me/scripts/new_new/newer/old/new_script.py and /usr/me/scripts/new_new/newer/old/new_script_2.py before I do something nerdy like /usr/me/scripts/new_new/newer/old/New_script.py for my second iteration of whatever it was that I was trying to do but have long since forgotten.
