Somehow the buckmark is even worse to clean then the Mark II. I REALLY want a Mark 4 but no chance in Califronia as it is not on register. Did they finally move the serial number to the frame or is it still on the barrel like the old ones. Or is that just my meomory dropping out.

The number is on the barrel/receiver, which in this case, defines the firearm.
