Anybody have AFLAC?

Though I fear the impending barrage of duck jokes, I'm curious if anyone here has AFLAC coverage.

I had it for a while. Got cut badly on my calf and required staples. Was reimbursed for all expenses even having them removed. Long time ago though so I'm a little lite on the details.

I do, but I haven't had to use it yet, so I'm not sure how good I would be at answering any questions.

and she takes advantage of our poor shop guys that really don't know any better. really, they don't.

I do. I've got the basic stuff you have to have, plus the emergency room care and something else. I've gotten reimbursed on a couple minor injury visits. Mainly I got it because most of the things I do in my off-hours are bodily dangerous and require a helmet. The idea of having a little extra dough in the event I screw up and hurt myself seems like a good idea. All the stuff I've got come out pretax and the fees are small enough that I barely noticed a difference since it was before taxes.

Yep, although I have not had a chance to use it yet so I may not be of much help either. We got the dental coverage plan also, and Chuck has used it for his routine cleaning. The dentist's office even filed the paperwork for him, so pretty sweet so far.

I did, tried to use it once and they never would pay. Got the local agent involved and showed them the documents that they requested and she said that was those. They never denied my claim they just kept asking for the same documents over and over until I got fed up. Then they said I wasn't submitting the documents they needed and would not process the claim.

Frankly I think they are typical insurance which to me is the lowest form of life on earth.

Seriously, eradicate all of them. Do it Nazi style to keep costs down.

Loathe isn't a strong enough word for my opinion of people in that business.

Yes. I have it and have filed a claim with them following our crash a few years ago. I still have bills to file on that, come to think of it.
