I made a 4 hour round trip one evening for a CFPPS. "Critical fault in the primary power system."
Apparently when they opened the store in the morning, they forgot to turn the automatic door on.
The manager asked if we still were going to charge them for the call since it was such a simple fix. She seemed indignant that she was going to have to pay 4 hours at overtime rates for me to turn on the door. I reminded her that when I called to speak to her, she didn't have time to talk to me about the problem and told me to "just come fix it."
