I am going to try to make a longbow with Tunakid #3 this winter. I read through his excellent thread, and had a few questions. I sent a PM but nothing came back. I checked recent threads and it looks like it's been a while. Does anyone know what happened?

Was he not rustoring a conversion van last we saw him? Checked the channel and he seems to have gone down the metal casting rabbit hole big-time.
