I am looking for some assistance on that topic. If you can help, would you contact me?

Thanks!

My buddy and I share a public insurance auto auction account. So I can exolain that side of things. I have also picked up a basic idea how the normal auctions work as I have two buddies who have accounts, but I have no first hand knowledge.

Thanks folks. Sorry for the lack of details.

I'm looking for a new (used) car for my wife that is not available in large numbers. I'm hoping to learn what they have been going for when they do pass through auction.

Have any friends that work in sales at a dealership? They should be able to tell you what that car goes through the auction for. They can usually pull a range by looking at the last X examples that have gone through. If you are looking at a car on a lot and get the VIN. They should be able to look up that VIN and tell you want it sold at auction and if yes what the dealership paid for it.

Barretts?

I can get to the Manheim, Pa. auction. Dealer auction, cars coming off lease.

Most auction data is public information so it's out there.
