Pending more pictures, I may need someone to check out a Cherokee for me. Thanks!
My 45 year old sister-in-law who needs cash and a ride back to Chicago and a place to live in Chicago since she can't move in with us due to her drug issues just moved up to York, PA this past week. You would have to give her a ride over to see the Cherokee or maybe it is within her walking distance.
Yeah, I can see this isn't going to work........

Thanks! I'll let you know! Much appreciated!

He still has it. I contacted him last night. He will be getting me more pictures tonight.
That thing's sweet. Good thing I just bought another car and cash is hard to come by, otherwise I might buy it out from under you No I wouldn't do that, but it is a cool Jeep. 5 speed, too...
Not mine thats for sure. Looks good in the pics (dont they all) let me know if you want me to have a look at it.
So I was sent some more pictures of the Cherokee finally. There is a good sized hole in the passenger floor, but other than that it looks OK from pictures. Would it still be worth checking out? Or once the rust starts, it never stops?
Here is the rust hole:

One of the big online Jeep places sells replacement floor pan sections for about $95. Not terribly bad, especially if you have a angle grinder and a friend with a welder. And I looked at sub-$3K XJs for a while. ALL of them have Swiss-cheesed passenger floors. Every last one. Even the $5K and up ones had rust starting there.

Typically at this part in the movie the Bow-Chicka-Bow-Bow music starts.
The rust never stops but its still worth looking at pretty easy patch job. I didnt see anything in my email just send it directly 2gnrt@comcast.net
I was going to see if you could check it out for me but I haven't heard back from the guy. I'll let you know. Thanks!
