Don't forget that it's also home to the beautiful people. (Shouldn't people charged with sex crimes be GOOD looking??)
Margie
Wow; full names, ages, pictures, and clear descriptions of what went on.
We say innocent until proven guilty but I wish them all good luck getting that next executive position.

"Ladies" shown left to right.
Boy, they do not age well. How is that first girl 24? And the black girl 23?
Butler: 24 yrs old
Mathews: 29
McClintock: 41
Ramsey: 23
Brown: 30
Last Female's age not given in story.
Haha. Operation Cum Bucket. +1, police. +1.
Proof police can be pretty berkeleying creative given the chance.
Fun Fact-----
part of the movie "Monster" was filmed at the Shark. The killer and her girlfriend used to hang out there.
yes....it is a classy, classy place as long as you don't mind watching grandma dance naked
Geez..... After all this Florida butt pluggin' & bashing, we get this? I know better, but someone casually researching the Sunshine State for vacation may be less than impressed.
Oh yeah, Margie; it's dark in there.

Meth accelerates aging unbelievably.
Don't do drugs, kids.
Took 'em 16 months to figure it out, huh? They just kept having to go back for more I guess. "You can never be too sure" one officer was quoted as saying.

Drugs are bad, mmkay?

I kinda thought the same, too. I figured 16 minutes would be enough.
What is amazing is that the cops will be praised for their "investigative" work. Everyone in this town knows that this has been going on at the Shark for decades.
Any day of the week for the past 10 years at least you could get drugs / prostitution at the Shark Lounge. It took them 16 months to "gather evidence" ??? Tax dollars hard at work......
There are a lot of good people and fun things here, but Oh Boy, do we have a Dark Side!!! You want strip clubs? Go to Tampa. Look up Joe Redner. Fun times. Of course, they also have Rhonda Storms, who wants to save us all from sin and depravity.

Duh, it's not like I've never been to the Shark Lounge! (Fun fact: That's NOT the place I've ever seen the ugliest strippers. That distinction belongs to a place that used to be next to what is now the Daytona Beach Hilton called "Lovely Linda's," where I saw a lady dancing who was not only old and missing several teeth, but very pregnant as well.)

Don't the cops know that's what these places are for?
And WTF is this?
the manager, was arrested for allowing a dancer, Candice Brown, 30, known as "Saphire," to dance and expose her breasts and genital area on stage
Isn't that what they're supposed to do?
"Isn't that what they're supposed to do? " A lot of cities in Florida prohibit full nudity anywhere alcohol is served. I know Tampa is like that, SoFla, no.

I was wondering about that too.

this is why some places are BYOB, or others serve drinks but if you get close (not too close!) you'll see clear tape over the dancer's boobs which i guess lets them skirt that particular part of the law...
This just in:
" Recent documentation provided by the County Tax Commission revealed that The Shark Lounge is owned by the France Family. Consequently, all charges have been dropped, the Investigators put on unpaid leave with possible corruption and/or falsification charges pending.....
Back to you Chuck. "
