Where is this mysterious build forum? I don't see a link anywhere on the site.

The "Build Thread" is not listed at the bottom of the pages with the quick links and also not listed on the mobile version's "jump to" functions.

Edit: It appears that the build forum does not show at all on the mobile version.

Fixing these would likely increase attendance.
