Ok gang, the web devs are investigating the video embedding issue, but are having trouble replicating the problem. When I try to embed a youtube video, I get the following. Is everyone getting this one or are you getting a different error? If you can also post your browser version, that will be helpful too. Your help is much appreciated!
Test of video embed yields the following error message for me:
For reference, I was trying to embed Project Binky, Episode 1, using the Share>copy link feature on youtube, which has always worked in the past.

Samsung default mobile browser, latest version.
In an effort to see if this is a youtube specific issue, I tried embedding a video from another source, but received the same error.

That's what I'm getting on Chrome at the office and home.
That is what I get on Firefox as well. Failed to fetch URL.
(Also, web devs, in the process of diagnosing what changed, may we please be able to embed more bigly again like before the board software change? If that is technically feasible)
I usually post from my phone, with chrome.
I'll give it a try... not successful. So much for the "I'd like to buy an argument" sketch.
Getting the same error in Chrome/Chromium and Firefox on Windows and Linux.
Ralph Lauren's Bugatti, Best in Show yesterday at LimeRock.
The long way around.
The start of the first Mazda MX-5 Cup race from Portland was, um, a huge mess:

Hmmm, what a mess indeed.
I have cleared browser cache and I am still getting the same error message when trying to embed. Would you share what browser and version you are using since you were able to embed successfully?

Well, you'd certainly think they'd have learned after the start of the race....
In reply to Stefan :
Thanks!

Dang. Even after clearing the cache I am still getting the failed to fetch error.
I'm trying to put together a YouTube show of my own. Here's the first episode - diagnosing a lawnmower that won't start and replacing the carb. Trying to embed it gives me the error "Failed to fetch content for the given URL."
