Is he (it's got to be a he, no woman is as stupid as us) spinning it up really fast then gripping it so it unscrews and the pressure makes it take off like a rocket, or is there a Mento in there? I wonder if you could remove the top, insert a shaped nozzle the put the tap on again? I can see this turning into a challenge, who's insert can produce the greatest height for a standard supplied bottle!
