I am thinking movie clip... it looks like the chasing officer should have seen the tail of the car swinging around fully, given that the police car was not leaning as it entered the field of view so that road would have been fairly straight.

I had a friend when I was a boy who never got to decorate a Christmas tree at his house. Their tree was fake and had the ornaments and lights permanently attached. It stood in the FROG under a sheet, predecorated all year. Thanksgiving, they would bring it downstairs and plug it in. New Year's Day it went back in the corner under the sheet.
Strange yet fascinating talent.
