I live in NC now, but that's not where I'm from. I lived in the Albany area before I moved to NC.
About every 3 months I start to crave a fish fry.
When I first described them to my backwoods NC-born wife (Fish, tartar sauce, cocktail sauce and a mushy hot dog bun) she thought I was nuts until she had one on a trip up that way.
