The buy-in won't be cheap, but care and feeding will be what kills you.

If they tried that around here, some jackhole would sue them- another reason to hate HOAs.
Oh, I'm talking about the ratty car parked on the road, too. Bettie Page might be able to get an art exemption.

Realtor I'm talking to right now says that the most common request from potential buyers is for a neighborhood without an HOA.

To do an older van you will have to find a donor vehicle with 4wd already, to do a newer (1992 and up) you cn call the guys at Ujoint Offroad and they can set you up.

I doubt that I'm alone in NOT EVER wanting to witness a Giant Purple Snorklewacker open a can of rape. Just sayin.

Now that is a total poser vehicle in that shot. Those tires would be crap in the snow - great for mud, but the tread blocks are too big for snow use. They're also pretty fat for extra floatation so you don't have to make contact with that pesky pavement. It even looks like it's understeering in that picture. The ground clearance is totally pointless. It would be much easier to simply list your penis size on the driver's door.
If you want to make one of those vans look like a good idea, dealing with a massive 2" of slush is not how you do it.
Snow car.
THIS is how you take a picture of a 4WD van.
