KC-135?
While at Kadena, my little cryogenic service station was right next to the airplane "car wash" thing. USAF KC-135s would taxi through there ALL THE TIME. I have seen my fair share of those things.

Ah! I should of figured since it was Navy and not gray that it wasn't a KC-135. It's from the Boeing 707 family though. Hell, those refueling pics are showing what looks to be the tail of a KC-135.
These were the Navy birds that were stationed at Kadena a couple of hangers over:
