E36 M3. Repost.
From the rallycross this Sunday. This car is fully caged and prepped for stage rally- it ran at Sandblast.
The Audi never looks fast, but always turns in solid times. It seems to do better on tighter courses.
This STi driver was also out for the first time. Everybody thought he was going to tear his splitter off, but he managed to escape any damage.

I was hoping he would come back to Tulsa for the SCCA National Championship this year. He was there last year but something broke on one of his first few runs and he finished in a CRX.
The little wagon won the event. He never looks the fastest, but he never seems to make any mistakes at all and is maddeningly consistent.

He broke a CV joint on his 3rd run at the event on Sunday, but patched it up over lunch and ran in the afternoon. I was advising him where some MR2s are sitting in some local junkyards, and suggesting he go and strip them bare, because his car seems to break 50% of the time.
obligatory picture of myself!

This seems to be a problem that no one actually has an answer for.
A farmer discovers that some local kids have been helping themselves to his watermelons. To discourage the profit-eating behavior, he put up a sign that read:
WARNING: ONE OF THESE WATERMELONS CONTAINS CYANIDE!
A week later, the farmer goes out into his field. None of his watermelons had been eaten, but he found another sign that said:
NOW THERE ARE TWO!

Totally right, I spent 8 months job hunting right out of college, my fiance is at a year and a half.
She has a masters degree, study abroad, and many internships... Noone is hiring! Either she doesn't have enough experience, or she is overqualified and they won't hire her!
I only got the job I have basically because I knew someone who put in a word for me.
