West Texas... Welcome to 30 miles outside of nowhere...
It's funny you brought that up. I was in Amarillo last Tuesday and Wednesday. It is flat. And no joke, there was a tumbleweed going through the airport cab area (which was totally devoid of cabs, so it was very appropriate.)
I did tag TC <3 JC at the Cadillac Ranch though. My wife liked it.
Lubbock, Texas. Pretty flat as well. Except for the canyons and such.

Where I live...
Yes, they raise zebras here. Right around the corner from my house.
I think I'm 15 again, I want this.

I've often heard it said that the difference between Americans and Europeans is that Americans think a hundred years is a long time, and Europeans think a hundred miles is a long way.
I once had some French tourists ask if I knew where they could rent a car in Manhattan. They had two days left on their vacation and wanted to drive to California and back. I pointed them towards a place and asked how far they were planning on going as they probably couldn't get their and back in time for their flight. They didn't believe it was almost 3000 mi each way, which is probably like 8 million kilometers.
This is my old rallycross beast. I sincerely miss it.
