I wasn't pointing a finger at this pres. but our little town comes to a near standstill when he ( one ) visits ... Boston is at a near standstill as it is .... this just adds to their problems
it doesn't matter if it's NO after a hurricane, the NEWTOWN shooting ... the bombing of Boston the most help a president could provide isn't his being there ... it's making sure any resources not readily available are made available ... his visit takes away from the resources the Boston folk have .... doesn't help

Most cities where the President visits often have moving him down to a science. In NY as long as he doesn't decide to move during rush hour you'd hardly know he was here. Besides there are few things as impressive as seeing a presidential motorcade come through town.
