We had the traveling wall come to our town last year I think it was. I didn't get out to see it but I have been to the real wall. Found the name of a guy my dad grew up with. I was lucky enough to go to DC for school and saw many of the monuments first hand and took a tour in the capital building and White House.

The single biggest issue with the pit crew nose is not it's shape, it's that they keep the stock bonnet. If you've gone to all that effort, fit a new bonnet too. Here's aquick and dirty mod done in paint that to me makes it look 1,000,000 better.
Stock, looking E36 M3ty
Modified with a dash of awesome sauce
Either my drugs just kicked in or that's the same car in both pics.
Also it looks like it just witnessed a horrific murder...or surprise butt sex.

Look at the hood opening lines.
Look at where the headlights used to be.
In the 2nd picture, the headlight sections were photoshopped out. Looks MUCH better.
Here's a Pit Crew on an NB.

As long as there are no hypermilers buhind it there will be no surprise botty banging. Yes, same car, look at my hamfisted modifications to the bonnet (opps sorry 'hood') line you will see. To me it makes the world of difference to how the car looks.

Big improvement

Look for the headlight cutout part on the hood...
personally, I don't feel that they generally flow the with the rest of the lines of the car. Kinda too low in the nose....

I had the same pucker when I went searching for Willy's Overlands.
The Discovery thread had me looking, too. It seems even fairly recent ones rust like crazy.

I'd still love a 928.
