You had one a couple of pages ago I couldn't see from 914world (I could see where it was supposed to come from using Firebug). Wouldn't load in the page or by itself.
Apart from engine bay room and F1 cred (sorta), why would I be tempted to stick with the M10 instead of M42? I have one of each in the garage, and I'm doomed to rebuild whichever one I use...

You made me google it out of curiosity. That is depressing. I am enjoying the random MS facts though.
Also depressing is when you google Emmitt Till you get this:
You know because Lil Wayne did so much for the Civil Rights movement.

It's been fun posting historical MS. Some great moments, if someone remembered to take the picture. Sadly, we've got a lot of depressing moments in Civil Rights in the 50's and 60's. Not so much after that, really.

My wife rolls her eyes every time I mention someone famous from MS. At this point the fact I know so many doesn't surprise her.

Yeah I just learned about James Earl Jones the other day. My dad lives in Arkabutla. His dad Robert Earl Jones was born in Senatobia. I graduated high school there.
Senatobia's courthouse was used in The People v. Larry Flint
Also the kid that played young Forrest Gump is from Independence.
Tom Hanks learned his accent for the film from him.

Hwy 90, Gulf Coast of MS, 1957 (Gulfport?)
This is one of those pictures that's painful to look at. Camille in 1968 will wipe any trace of this landscape off the face of the Earth. The highway itself is now more of a "Main Street", and I-10 took it's place.
