A truck lowered on bags is still useable as a truck, as thousands of lowered trucks demonstrate all the time. Hell, I've had a number of lowered trucks NOT on bags and theri beds were still usefull for carrying stuff. I don't consider offroading to be one of the purposes of a standard, 2WD truck.

My point was that I'm not a big fan of either excessively lowered OR lifted trucks.
I can handle this. I question the sanity of anyone with a 12" lift kit that doesn't live in a swamp.

I'm normally a Ford truck diehard, but that was such a good looking truck that I almost rode into the gutter staring at it.... Note that it didn't have the swarovski-crystal-studded headlights shown here.... EDIT: Browsing the site, on the specs it says the 1500 can tow over 16k lbs (EGAD!) when ordered with the 3.73 rear gears. Of course, on the configurator I could only find the 3.42 gears, which are good for 11,500 lbs. Still, not bad. There must be some magical chassis/options combo to unlock the master-level-towing gears.
I stopped and looked at one tonight coming home from work.
