I believe that's a Hands Hermann dual overhead cam head for the 2.2 Mopar from the early '80's. It was one of the prototypes for a 4 valve 2.2.

No way in the world that E10 did that unless that is all breakdown from the rubber fuel lines. Even my strombergs do not get that much crap in them running without filters and with 70 year old fuel tank.
