I want to hate this, but I cannot.
I caught this at the Waukeegan Air Show last summer. No, the Sandy did not explode. I just lucked out by catching the pyro as it went off.

It's Photoshopped.
SWMBO let some of the factory magic smoke out of the Kitchenaid Mixer, and it was making a horrible metal-on-metal whining sound.
Investigating. Hmm, that's not so much grease, as it is a mess, solids/liquids separating from the "grease." That little planetary in the left background was the culprit of the sound, and maybe some of the smoke it was almost completely dry. The brushes for the motor were a little on the crispy side too.
Cleaned the old crap up, now perhaps the only Kitchenaid Artisan Mixer lubed with Lucas Red N Tacky #2.
Success! SWMBO said, "now the kitchen smells like the garage." We'll have cake soon!
I think it's more traditional to use food-safe grease. You know, just to keep the cookies yummier. I've serviced a couple of these myself.
In reply to Keith Tanner:
Red N Tacky's MSDS claims low toxicity, and if ingested don't induce vomiting, drink milk, which is SOP with most baked goods we use the mixer for anyway.
The only way for the grease to leak out, short of a gasket failure would be to run the mixer upside down, won't do much good mixing food with it upside down. Being red, it'll be easy to see a gasket failure.

I can't read this, too small. Still too small if I past the photobucket address directly in the address bar. When you make it bigger the text is too blurry.
In reply to Adrian_Thompson: Its something about Scandinavians, student loan debt, prison population and military spending. At least that what it looks like to me.
