Jamaican dollar is now at 114.00 to 1 USD. That pump shows 10.1 gallons at 1.70 per gallon. Not too bad when you run the numbers. Venezuela has gas at something stupid like 10 cents a gallon.

That may be the only thing Venezuela has going for it but it still doesn't make up for Chavez, Maduro, Duno and Maldonado.
