So unless on a hill you are taking off in second and unless on perfectly flat land or going down hill you will be in 5th.

Sunset Beach, NC. Plenty of hurricanes, including some big ones. The inlet there changes shape every year. I was just using that picture as an example, though.

Here is the new inlet that opened at the Outer Banks a few years ago.
