Wow, that reminds me of driving home from the Rallycross Nats in 2012. My R/F tire was rubbing on the strut so I called my friend who was theoretically in caravan with me, but was really 5 miles up the road, and he stopped at some gas station/restaurant in Missouri and within 5 minutes of me getting there, we had the car up, wheel off, and camber re-set, so we decided we may as well get something to eat while we were there.
Girl in the back reminded me exactly of Luann from King of the Hill. The "food" they had was fried chicken, really really gross fried chicken that was mostly breading, and corn dogs, and tater tots. I hadn't eaten a corn dog since I was a little kid, but as it was the least unappetizing thing they had, I ordered a couple.
Not bad at all, really.
