Looks like a Ford concept. Also looks like it would be a leaky rattlebox to such a degree that it would have made T-tops look like a really good idea. Consider that chassis back then had the structural integrity of wet noodles, and now consider that this design eliminates the B-pillar, latches those no doubt 200lb doors on a point on the bottom, and the doors seal against nothing but each other.
Concept abandoned for a damned good reason!
