Nevermind, found new pictures but not anymore details:
The back end is a lot less pleasing...
Apparently, it's F20C powered....I'm starting to really like it.

Roll center is probably at ground level of slightly below. Front VSAL looks to be ~60% track width or I'd estimate it around 48". That's short so it will have an aggressive camber curve. It may or may not be bad as its hard to really get a feel for the design without knowing the KPI and Caster. If it is running high KPI and moderate Caster it may be appropriate for cornering but unless a stiff ride rate is employed will compromise braking. The weight bias of the vehicle would help in determining how good/bad it would perform. I agree overall on first glance it looks broken but it may be appropriate if you had a few more pictures and specs on the car.
A Roadless 109 - a modified Land Rover Series 1 for forestry service use. Sort of like an older, utilitarian version of the Bowler Tomcat.

In the weeds, and Ford TTB with more linkage.

It's known as the F132. The original is just a concept/rendering, but a guy decided to make it almost real. I say almost, because it's not mid-engine, so all of the stuff behind the a pillars is just cosmetic E36M3 and it's got drag radials on all four corners. It's got an S2000 engine though. That's kind of neat.
I like it in the Marlboro livery: http://bangshift.com/bangshiftapex/ultimate-pro-touring-car-1932-ford-bodied-formula-one-racer-meet-f132/
Edit: It turns out I don't know how to post pics here
