You can't have one like that here in the US because it would be impossible to curse at the driver but truck cab/bus trailers were used in other countries throughout South America and in Australia. Since it's right hand drive and the door is on the left I'd guess that on is from Australia.
Correct, apparently that belonged to Pell's nambucca bus service during the 70s. There's a bit about the history of trailer busses in Australia in this Thread
