That doesn't look to be plumbed correctly to me, but maybe I'm missing something. I thought the BOV was to be on the compressor side, or is that a waste gate I'm looking at. I'm also curious about the tiny expansion chamber.
Waste gate, have no idea on the tiny chamber
Flying Machine Factory science.
Provides torque of a long header and revs of a shortly.
er. . . I mean, "Me wise magic."

Interesting, though if it works on sound speed like a tuned pipe, I would think the additional back pressure of the turbo would throw off the measurements.
Then again, that looks like a 4 stroke, so maybe it just helps with scavenging. Again, I think the turbo would throw off the measurements.
I'd like to see how small the turbocharger is for that thing.
Not sure how the quotes got broken, too lazy to fix. My post starts at the line.
Quotes fixed.
Given that there's no boost line going to the wastegate, I'm assuming it's just for show.

I also read once that the Army tested them with a front and rear PTO that allowed several to be connected. The back would drive the front while underwater, then when the front was on dry land, they would start and drive the rear across. Mobile bridge technology made them obsolete, but that would be one hell of a way to cross the Rhine!
