Sorry to touch a nerve re Bergdahl. I don't know the whole story. I do know he deserted his post and was captured and subsequently tortured over the course of 5 years. I know that the fallout of his actions caused increased risk of harm to his fellow soldiers - and he knew that before deserting. Now he's being prosecuted for his actions.
I didnt mean to say he should be held in the same regard as McCain and other POWs captured in combat. Just that I'm personally learning a lot from the podcast and other sources about POW treatment.
And now a kitty cat.
