First you choose the tires. Then the wheels are chosen to fill the hole in the middle of the tires. Then, if necessary, the body is modified to cover the tires.

Looks like it was originally a German photo, quite likely a Mazda publicity shot.

While I don't like the style, I love the color on this one. Sort of reminds me of the old Leyton House March colors.
