I found a free pdf of it online several years ago and read it online, didn't save a copy. It has since been taken down (as it should be, I'm sure.) It was a great book.

sorry, should have been a bit more specific ... an affordable re-print ... "one off, leather bound with all those Blackbird crew members signatures" sorta takes it out of the avg. Joe's list of things he can buy ... a full run plus paper back print ... that was what I was hoping for
