My guess is that it's a stick shift truck. Looks like it might be an older HD Dodge, and everybody like to talk about how the 5 speeds are do great for towing. Unless you are parked on steep boat ramp and your parking brake fails, or your parking brake setter forgets it when he jumps out to go get in the boat. Then while you walk down the dock you get to watch your truck and trailer roll down the ramp. The trailer drifts to one side and catches the ramp edge causing a jackknife but the truck has too much momentum and it all ends up a foot under water.
OTOH, my first thought was "Damn that's a lot of water over a really nice long ramp. I bet I could even launch a J-24 on that with no problem."
