I live very close to there, I wish I had known. What did you have to have to get in?

Nothin! My buddy, who bought a set of rubber all weather mats from their Parts Dept. got invited, invited me. It was cool, got a lot of promising inquiries for software, had to correct some people of things they have heard on the interwebs about our/rival companies...

The car is a Cheetah, circa 1964; designed and built by Bill Thomas as a Cobra alternative.

I always loved the Cheetah, but just try to imagine where your butt is in relation to the rear axle. Good luck with the whole having-kidneys thing.
Hotlink thread on page 2? Can't let that happen!

I like the beige interior, to go with the rootbeer float theme.

Looks like an ISCA competitor circa '1978-1981. I'm leaning more toward late '70's going by the interior. "Van craze" influence there.

Awesome. '70 Sport Satellite in Grandpa Green.
My wife and I are going to be picking one of these up tomorrow:
It's an original 440 car in darker green with black stripes. I'll have to get my GRM garage updated after it's home. I need to get some of the others from the fleet in there too.
You'll need to log in to post.
