Looks like 6/13/13 is the date of significance and unless RossD was the pilot of the Cebu Pacific flight that overshot the runway in Manila, I'm not sure why he would need an alibi twice that day. Unless it's a Michigan thing?

I actually just googled menards receipt and that's one of them that came up. I figured most people would recognize an out of focus receipt but this has gone on far too long.
