Like anything, if you take the kink too far, it get ugly.

I know I'm going to get some abuse for this, but the 68/9 Chevelles are my least favorite, all because of the rear side window opening.

That specific shirt or whatever is an E30 M3, though... the C-pillar is extended more into the trunk relative to the regular E30s and there is a cutline where the M3-specific panels were grafted to the rest of the car. And you can see a bit o' wing.

I thought I read somewhere that Ferrari made a model that featured a kink.
