There used to be a guy at the Great Northeastern Whiteout that would bring a literal truckload of these engines. None of them ran, I found that very telling.

One please.
Hotlink: What Mazda called a "combi port" in the 60s/70s.
Today we know it as a J-port or monster bridge port.
(I have never strayed into the water jackets like that - mine just has enough coolant seal wall left to keep the seal from getting sucked into the intake. Engine will be 4 years old next month! No idea how old the parts are, it was all used parts except for the side seals and corner seals)

Start with this: http://www.ebay.com/itm/8V-71N-Detroit-Diesel-Cab-Over-Truck-Engine-/381744988060?hash=item58e1c63f9c:g:l0gAAOSwyQtVsnSd&vxp=mtr
Sell the parts that aren't the blower, and you might get close to free 8-71.
Might want to look close to home, though. Shipping weight 2650lb!
Hotlink: Blown 13B.
I have no idea why.
