I'm going to quote this because I'm still nostalgic for hiking this before it was a ski hill. I coiuld get in 5-6 runs a day. I can still see where we parked and I have a darn good guess where I darn near ripped my leg off when I caught a ski on a tree branch. Good times.

I've never heard of skid plate racing before, I don't even know where they would do it around here, but it looks like something I want to try.

I wrote a story about skidpate racing a couple years ago. It's a very interesting world. I'll work on uploading it to the site.
