Detroit Speed Engineering, this was just a test car for their parts they made for that platform. Not that special if I'm honest.

DSE is Detroit Speed and Engineering (although they're based in NC if memory serves). They primarily sell high dollar suspension stuff based on C5/C6 Corvette running gear for classic American muscle cars. Pro Touring/ Goodguys Autocross/ Optima Street Car Challenge types.
