Cheapest wheels I could find locally in the size I wanted. Paid $100 with good rubber still on them.

Friend of mine bought a Kitfox Speedster, flew it from Michigan to NY.   4 gph @ 110mph.

Finally there are engines that the Kitfox  cowl always deserved.
