I didn't get to speak to the owner first hand, but the regulars at the autocross all seemed to be familiar with this car.
What I was told is that it's a one-off on a one-off frame. It's not built from anything. I was told that he says he's going to do another one that's lighter. LS2 power.
It was on the widest tires I've ever seen at an autocross, and did not have a prayer of hooking up. It looked good, even when spinning!
