Is that in Newton?
Raceway Park of the Midlands, formerly Midamerica Motorplex— not really counting the midfield course at Newton as a road course.
It’s right in the middle of Missouri River from the mouth of the Platte
Fixed it for you

BTW, does anyone know the actual back story behind this particular pic? It's been doing the rounds for years as a meme with different text, but I wonder who, what, where, when etc. the back story is. Obviously someone with advanced warning of the situation which suggests it wasn't 'just' a flood caused by rain. Reverse Google Image search just leads back to more and similar memes, not the story.
Unrelated random

Looks pretty typical for south of Winnipeg. Some springs, it is an ocean from Winnipeg to the US border. Weird to drive through on the highway.
In reply to Streetwiseguy :
Last night I looked it up. Came up with a local newspaper mentioning I think the Yazoo river. let me check again.
The Paddy-Wagon is also super terrifying. Yes, the guy piloted it standing up through where the windshield used to be, while pulling 1/4 mile long wheelstands. Imagine the NHRA if you tried this today

In reference to the pic Gasoline posted. It was obviously a photochopped pic. Notice the parking lot behind (where the cab would have originally been)
