It's no joke. I had to remove mine, plus they had to do a pre-scan X-ray to ensure I didn't have any metal flakes or splinters lodged in my head. Apparently it will rip out old school metallic ink in tattoos as well.

Ever get a sliver that you just can't dig out?
Those make me want to look up home MRI plans.

Maglock magnets are CHEAP, just need a power supply, and boom, portable metal splinter remover

Rare earth magnets can help, but you might have to leave them over the sliver a bit. I've gotten some that were in deep far enough out that tweezers can grab them that way. They will also pull some rust flakes out of the corner of your eye if you don't have eye wash handy.
I've salvaged mine from old hard drives. They also work well when mounted on a wooden dowel to pick up dropped tools in an engine bay.

I call fake. No way anyone would last that long, unless all four feet were declawed.
75 years ago, these men were asked to do the impossible. They began a day where the impossible was a regular occurrence.

Reverse Google image search turned up nothing, what is that thing?
that was a long travel, turbo honda v6 dune buggy that started with them blasting and jumping through the dunes and turned it into that. They've also done a UPS truck, a Caprice on donk wheels, and a escalade limo so far.
