That's a really scary situation. The expression on the dog's face is seriously threatening.
I'm thinking of ways to safely get the dog out of there. Not a lot of options that don't end badly, for the dog, or possibly the people.
Can't safely dart her from that angle. I wouldn't trust her to approach her with a pole syringe, or pole snare.
