I don't think so, I think it would require something really weird to be going on with that bottom bracket. The seat tube is fixed to the seatstay, so the seat tube would have to be able to change length for the rear wheel to move and up down.

A lot of mountain bike suspensions are basically strut suspensions. This one's a double wishbone!

Yeah, both ends of the seat bridge on the black bike are mounted to the same tube. If that moves you've got big problems, not suspension.
