I would like to drive one though. Just not own it.
You kidding? Those are the easiest things to work on. The oil filter housing is the round black thing on the driver's side. Anything more involved than that, the usual AMG owner is too cheap to want to deal with.
People who work on cars work on Toyotas and Hondas. People who own high end Euro cars don't want to maintain their cars beyond the absolute bare minimum.
Maybe a steteotype, but it's not unusual for someone to spend $2000 in repairs on a ten year old Corolla with a smile, while someone with a just out of warranty BMW complains about $70 in diagnostic fees.
And people wonder why Mercedes has a reputation for 90% depreciation in four years or whatever the ridiculous statistic is.

In front of some casino, possibly one of DJT’s Atlantic City maybe?
In reply to drainoil :
Seattles Ballard neighborhood. Apparently still there but maybe boarded up. Edith Macefield House.
Is that pie from Ledo pizza. Kinda makes up for the Civil War a little bit doesn't it?
I've never been to a Ledo pizza even though now they seem to be gaining everywhere which is not surprising given the corporate/group mindset of 95% of DC residents.

I swear this is true: A customer was very irritated at a friend in the Merc dealer when he told her she needed new tires. "It's a Mercedes Benz. The tires do not wear out!"

Sweet continental package on that Mclaren.

If I ever buy a C55, I'll remember this.

The supercharged v8 is a walk in the park to work on compared to the tt v12. It's really pretty easy to work on.
And the 6.2/6.3 NA is very logically designed and not that difficult for heavy service, it's just a huge motor which causes some clearance issues, but then they make it really easy to drop the subframe to remove, but I haven't needed to.
obligatory hotlink getting .88g on the wet skid pad which was 6th for this event

I'm impressed that it was able to bounce the curb, hit the wall, and have lost enough momentum at that point to stick the landing.
